| KEVIN COPHER I am a native Texan and reside in Northeast Tarrant County. Graduated from Trinity High School in Euless and received a BBA in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington. I am a licensed mortgage broker (License No. 6787) in the state of Texas. My brother and I are members of the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce and the Northeast Tarrant County Board of Realtors. |

| HAROLD COPHER, JR. I grew up in Northeast Tarrant County and have spent most of my life in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance and a licensed mortgage broker (License No. 6470), I have been involved with residential mortgage loans since 1998 and have been associated with a commercial lending entity since spring of 2006. On a personal note, I am past Board Chairman at Hackberry Creek Country Club, currently serve as a commissioner for the City of Coppell Board of Adjustment and am president of my Homeowners Association. |
